OS, Processor and Screen The Micromax A52 is a low range Dual SIM (GSM+GSM) budget smart phone with price in India around Rs. 6000/- and which features Android OS v2.3.6 (Gingerbread) and Processor with clock speed of 1 GHz. The phone sports 3.2 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with normal resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. It also has virtual QWERTY and multi-touch input. The Phone is also installed with AISHA Handset Speech Assistant.
Connectivity The phone can connect using 2G (GSM) and 3G (HSDPA) networks. The Data connectivity is done through GPRS, EDGE and also through Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. Micromax A52 has 3G data transfer speeds up to HSDPA 7.2 Mbps. Sharing files to nearby devices is possible through Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP and microUSB v2.0 for connecting to a PC.
