OS, Processor and Display Spice Stellar is a Dual SIM (GSM+GSM) mid-range Android smart phone which features Android OS v2.3 (Gingerbread) upgradable to v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor with clock speed of 1 GHz. The phone has 4 inch capacitive touchscreen with good resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It also has virtual QWERTY and multitouch input.
